Heating Set ZGH is a modern device for burning of comminuted wastewood, shavings, sawdust and bark of 30 mm granulation and humidity 40%. If a dry fuel is used there is possibility to use humiditing set.
Thermal power of ZGH 1000 is 1000 kW and can heat 6400 m2 of habitable surface. ZGH-1000 consists of following elements:
-water boiler (exchanger) type H-1000;
-ceramic furnace with thermal insulation;
-fuel feeding system;
-anti-fire system and blow-in system;
-control box;
-indirect fuel tank.
-biomass fuel
-wood pellet fuel

An advantage of such construction is a compact structure ( the heat exchanger is placed directly above furnace) and a simple service of control box. It allows to put the device in a small rooms,e.g. after modernization of boiler-room. A reliable and proved construction is based on 50 years- experiences of company in the field of manufacturing such devices.
"HAMECH" offers a wide range of devices co-operating, e.g.: silos of up to 180 m3 capacity with automatic selecting bottom, worm conveyors, free standing steel chimneys.
The company designs and performs a complex boiler-room equipments from choosing heating devices to full technological installation in boiler-rooms such as pipes net, water vessels, pomps, etc.
